Red Passion Template Error

I hope I don't get stones thrown at me if this is posted in the wrong spot. :blush:

I am trying to install the Red Passion template in my latest version of Zen and keep coming up with this error:

The requested URL /Shop/includes/templates/red_passion/images/scr_clean_business.jpg was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have downloaded this template from 2 different downloads and still had the error. This file is nowhere in the download.

OK I'm new too but I suspect people will want to know where the template comes from, maybe post a link (now if I'm so new it is "so obvious" I apologise in advance).

PS If that is the only error it appears to be just missing a picture, did you upload a file of that name?

I looked in the entire download and that file is not there. I'd make one myself and put it in but I'm unsure about the size specs and where it will be in the template.

I suspect the template owner is about to work on another template and has started to rename some of the reference, well that is what it looks like to me as a web designer (and Zen Cart novice) I believe the next instruction will not have any detrimental effect and hopefully will resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

COPY file /Shop/includes/templates/red_passion/images/scr_red_passion.jpg
TO file /Shop/includes/templates/red_passion/images/scr_clean_business.jpg

(I get the impression the /Shop directory name is changable for replace that with wherever you put your Zen Cart files)

PS: I'd prefer to allow the owner became aware of this. I have tried to find out how to tell you where to report this as a bug for the template owner to fix at some future point. Maybe that is in another posting in the forums somewhere.

Do you mean rename it? I'm assuming you do not mean that or you would have said that but I am a Zen Cart amateur and I'm not sure how to copy that To the missing file...??

I'd prefer not to say rename it incase the original file is used elsewhere.

As to how to copy, well there are lots of ways but it depends upon which way you "know" which probably depends on how you got the files installed in the first place.

I'm assuming you used an FTP to upload the files? If you did will find there is a "copy" option within the FTP program so first find the file on your web space then try right clicking on it and hopefully it allows you to copy. I'm betting it will so then allow you to specify where and under what name.

Sorry to sound vague but now I am running blind as I don't know your setup.

PS: If you get stuck on this step it might be worth asking your web hosting company's support team if they could do it for you. :)
