Ultimate SEO 95% working

Hi everyone,
i've just installed Ultimate SEO on my zencart 1.3.7.

Everything works fine but some page are not rewrited correctly.

E.G: my shopping cart, checkout pages and all my EZ pages, are rewrited like: index.html/shopping-cart.html, index.html/privacy.html etc...but when i click on them, i got a redirection to a "Page not found" EZ Page. (Not the 404).

basically i only need to get the rewriting rules on products and categories and i don't care about other pages such as shopping cart, checkout etc...

Any help?
