Where do I upload my downloadable products?

I have the "e-start your web store with Zen-cart" book, but I dont understand wher in my ftp I shall upload my downloadable products... Im totally green in this game, so could someone help me out?:dontgetit

Downloads are uploaded to the /download directory ... :smile:
