Template not appearing in Admin- 404 error?

Hi All,

I've created my own template for a client's store, and it was working great on her old host. We had some issues with them, so we're in the process of moving to Host 99, which is recommended by you kind people.

Upon getting there, however, I went to install the template I'd created for her, and ran into an issue. In the admin panel, under template selection, the template doesn't show.

Over on the right, under "Templates installed" it's listed- however I get a 404 error.

We've installed Zen Cart, and I recently uploaded a template I've created for her. This template has worked just fine in the past.

I'm currently getting this error when I click on the "Preview installed template" button in the template control panel of Zen Cart admin:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /includes/templates/samsaratemplate/images/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I can't choose the template to apply it to her store at all.

I've done a search on the Zen Cart forums and don't see an answer, though I will continue looking- I thought I would ask if you have any ideas?

Looks to be cause of the format of the shop address, need to search the forums for the correct format for it to be able to read the folders in the address format.

I'll be the first to admit that I'm new to Zen Cart-

Anyone have any idea what he means, and if so, how I should go about correcting it?

In addition, I've noticed that installing another, completely seperate template (AppleZen) has the same issue- not appearing on the admin control interface. I can, however, see the preview for Apple Zen without a 404 error. This tells me that it's not a template issue?

Continued conversation with them- I asked him for clarification, and this is what I got in return... anyone?

Do you mean the virtual address, such as shop.samsaraholisticspa.com, or the store's physical address in the options (I can't imagine that would have an effect)?

I am newer to Zen Cart than I'd like, so any clarification would be great. Thank you.

I'm doing a forum search on address format, and don't see anything so far. I will continue looking.

it would take sometime to actually code it, we offer basic support but when it comes to coding it is hire for service.

I would recommend using the formal format for easier configuring.

.... the solution was dumb. I'd forgotten to upload a folder.
