Are you trying to set the Discount Coupon up for both a 10% discount and Free Shipping?

At this time, Discount Coupons can be for one one select:

1 Amount Off

2 Percentage Off

3 Free Shipping

Are you trying to set the Discount Coupon up for both a 10% discount and Free Shipping?

At this time, Discount Coupons can be for one one select:

1 Amount Off

2 Percentage Off

3 Free Shipping

no...

the coupon set as 10% off
there is a ot $100 but should not work
I set the item with free shipping so i don't need to pay shipping during testing...even i can refund...

the total before zen-cart send to paypal is correct, however, the total show on paypal is amount without coupon deduction...

after confirm paypal payment, it does deduct the correct total. wierd!

What version of Zen Cart are you running?

Is this a clean install or an upgrade?

How did you install? How did you upgrade?

If you switch to the Classic Template does everything work?

Not sure why but I used PayPal Express and it processed as CC ...

If this is v1.3.7 ... do you have the latest patch loaded?

ok, I did find the order but payment isn't in my account...I have same problem before when show as a cc order...your money wil be back in a few days and my paypal won't have any records...

zen-cart show a cc order...which i tested before..it will complete the payment but no money receive...

unless show as paypalWPP - this works

I used 1.3.7 version. but the last product list page was merged with product page..

other...no changes

I think your site has errors ... it is not managing the modules correctly on checkout ...

Either your template is off or you do not have the current PayPal Update installed correctly ...

Shouldn't be ...

But I am seeing some issue with your PayPal button going to login rather than PayPal from the shopping cart ...

Somewhere you have files that are not setup correctly and I suspect it is your template or you have out of date files ...

Your site is setup wrong or you have bad files or bad data ...

You say you do not have Credit Card cc installed and yet that is the Payment option set when I return from PayPal ...

I think you have files out of date or corrupt on your site ... or your template is not up to date ...

Now after one day testing, i update my question as below:

orginal problem:

Paypal express check out directly: complete the process but zen-cart show a order of creditcard...no payment actullay received..notice that in payment module, there is a "default" for cc and money order's order status

install updates/remove/re-install, same...
now i remove cc module, almost same but show a order from money order
now i remove modules except paypal wpp and paypal ipn, it works!!

my question: what's the problem?

Check out as normal and select payment till the end...
Step 1 - shipping
Step 2 - Coupon
Step 3 - Payment option

if I select paypal IPN, great! paypal show a correct total with coupon deduction
if I select Paypal Express, wow! paypal show a "Subtotal With Shipping"
this does not apply any coupon savings, however, despite the incorrect total, the order in my backend and paypal does aplly the saving...wierd

Is there any bug with Paypal WPP? as PayPal IPN works...

webr... I am having the same issue as your question #2. This is not an issolated thing. I do have the current patch installed.

I also am having this problem...the interesting thing is that the coupon is working with Paypal Proflow 2.0 also, so it seems to be something with express!

Anyone have ANY idea?

I have ZC 1.3.8a and just gave my first discount coupon code to a customer to use. He said the coupon code was accepted for the order and showed him the final total which was the correct discounted price, but PayPal Express charged him the original price and the order confirmation email shows the original price.

Does this fix by DrByte apply to my problem too? If so, I'll make the change immediately.
