Admin area screwed up suddenly

Admin area screwed up suddenly

I do not hve the usual screen, now i get a bunch of links instead, also, "html area" no longer works, it is just a txt based editor that shows the code. No more buttons just standard links everywhere. why would this have happened? how to fix? latest release on apache server at godaddy.. Thanks folks..
