Problems with the main page size

Hi friends:
I need help ... like many others ... I'm buildindg the site http://byersbutler.printerrific.net/ and you can see that there is a white space at the right side.
I make some changes on the #mainWrapper and #navMainWrapper putting width=700px on the stylesheet.css in the includes/template/classic/css folder like I need but it doesn't work.
I read this solution looking for everywhere and I found it but it doesn't work. I'm trying it since a long time making some changes but I couldn't.
Can anyone from you give me a hand ?

Nice site but your link is not a Zen Cart site

Edited: Saw your link to the store first get rid of the numerous sytlesheets that end in .css

make the extention other than .css as all of these are being parsed
