captcha mod for form page

I have an EZ page that has a form in it. I was wanting to add the CAPTCHA verification to this page but don't know how. Anyone care to help me out? I'm getting a ton of spam from this form.

I just verified three different CAPTCHA MODs as they all seem to have detailed installation instructions. Depending on which one you picked, two of them has readme guides and one is directly instructed on the site right below the 'Download now' button ...
