Llinkpoint Api connect

Can anyone tell me what the problem is , why when I test my shopping cart, everytime I try to confirm the order it hangs for a long time, then goes back to step with the error message: we are sorry but we are unable to contact the credit card company for authorization? help!!

your host either dosnt have cURL compiled or port 1129 isnt open

the greatbig security popup isnt a good thing

take a look in your zc admin

go to tools -0> server info

paste the contents of the top box here
