Errors after upgrade

I get these errors after 1.3.5 to 1.3.7:

the files are there....so what is the problem???

I would try reloading the files again ... sounds like they are bad or corrupt ...

How did you load the files the first time?

i loaded them via filezilla

Just did them again...still getting error

I suspect your configure.php file contains incorrect data, similar to your other thread about upgrade problems.

Please post both of your configure.php files here.
/admin/includes/configure.php
/includes/configure.php
Don't post the passwords though.
