Can't Insert An Image Link on Define Pages Editor

Hi,

I want to insert a picture for my main page using the Define Pages Editor. Everytime I click the icon for inserting web links, I get the message below:

"A pop-up window was blocked."

I tried to fix it on IE Tools by turning off my Pop-Up Blocker and it still doesn't work.

I hope someone out there will help me with this problem. Thank you so much for your time.
