Upload file & drop down Quantity

I am trying to make a printing website and have a few questions.
I am very new to zen cart, or any shopping cart.

1. How can i change the order quantity to a dropdown menu like 1,000 2,000 3,000? Because now you have to type it in.

2. For this printing site, somewhere in the order process i need to have an upload your file section.

I am very new to zen cart so im not even sure if these two things are even possible. I would appreciate any help or if you could suggest another cart that might work better.

use the attributes for this, use them to add a dropdown into a quantity and name it optional quantity or something in that format.
