Backing up database - which boxes to check?

Hi guys,

I'm about to back up my Zen Cart database using phpMyAdmin but I'm not sure which checkboxes to check. I backed up a Wordpress DB recently and they were very specific about which boxes needed checking.

Could someone please advise?

So, this is not a "how do I backup my database?" question - I just need to know the specifics about what to check and uncheck in the 'structure' and 'data' fieldsets.

I do believe that you check everything in the
Structure section, as well "Use Ignore Inserts" under Data. Are these universal settings? I can't say for certain but they work for me and I've seen them suggested elsewhere, as well.
