CGI Error uploading with Easy Populate

Well, eveything has been working great...uploaded over 25000 products using Easy Populate (EP), broken up into 2000 product batches...store is running smooth and wonderful...finally got a few customers to buy from us...even went in and updated a couple of the products that were accidently priced wrong using EP...This morning I went back in to finish updating some of the products and recieved an error :lamo: :

CGI Error - The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

I rebooted the server maybe thinking I had overloaded it or something and still to no avail. Store is still up and running fine, but now I can't EP corrections or changes...I'm running Windows 2003 Advanced Server with 1.3.7 Zen-Cart...

Any ideas out there?

Thanks in advance!!
