Eliminate Space Bewtween Header and Side Boxes.

I have looked all over my code and I am just lost. I need to get rid of the Spce to help clean up the look. Can someone point me in the correct location. Also is there a way I can have my Navigation Home, Cart etc show up below the header instead of on top. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Gosh... I am sorry.. here is the url.. www.firefighteroneonline.com also I notice there is a spaceing issue in Firefox as well
