Customizing product info page

Hi,

I managed to make a nice dotted border wrapping around the thumbnail pic, pricing and attribute of products in the product info pages (see attached image).
However this only works in Firefox. Does anyone know how to get it to work in IE with CSS? Which files do I edit? Please advise. Thank you.

What are the CSS rules you used?
