Betty my dear you are not a lone. Some thing like this so profound can be so difficult but anyway here is how I did.
Create (or just duplicate one of the page_2/3/4 etc) files.
languages/english/MyTemplate/page_5.php
Change the title in the code to what you want it to be. Then save as page_5.php
eg.,
<?php
define('NAVBAR_TITLE', 'Page 2);
define('HEADING_TITLE', 'Page 2');
define('TEXT_INFORMATION', 'Page 2 info information goes here.');
?>
To
<?php
define('NAVBAR_TITLE', 'Stockists');
define('HEADING_TITLE', 'Stockists');
define('TEXT_INFORMATION', 'Stockists info information goes here.');
?>
-------NEXT-------------------------------------
Go to following folder > languages/english/html_includes/MyTemplate/
Create following file (or duplicate one of the existing page_2/3/ or 4 files and rename it as 'page_5.php' . This is the page will have the content when you edit it in admin.
languages/english/html_includes/MyTemplate/page_5.php
-------NEXT-------------------------------------
Go to following folder > includes/templates/MyTemplates/templates/
Duplicate one of the existing page_2/3/ or 4 files and rename it as 'page_5.php'
It should look like following
includes/templates/MyTemplates/templates/tpl_page_5_default.php
Change the following content as follows:
<div class="centerColumn" id="pageTwo">
<?=tm_head(HEADING_TITLE)?>
<div class="prod_descr2">
<?php if (DEFINE_PAGE_2_STATUS >= '1' and DEFINE_PAGE_2_STATUS <= '2') { ?>
<div id="pageTwoMainContent" class="content">
TO
<div class="centerColumn" id="pageFive">
<?=tm_head(HEADING_TITLE)?>
<div class="prod_descr2">
<?php if (DEFINE_PAGE_5_STATUS >= '1' and DEFINE_PAGE_5_STATUS <= '2') { ?>
<div id="pageFiveMainContent" class="content">
