Log in trouble

Just got zen installed and loving the admin and interface. I am however having trouble with test customers and order.

I registered for my site and everything seemed to be going fine.

Then, after adding some products I tried to log in and couldn't. I kept kicking me back to the login/register page with no message or anything. The only thing I could think of is that my host won't turn off php safe mode...would this effect it?

Can anyone help with this?

Re: Log in trouble

Try going to Admin>Configuration>Sessions, and set "Recreate Sessions" to false.

Re: Log in trouble

Hi
I am using Zen Cart for about two years and this issue have are still plaguing my site (customers complaining) I then try login >successful never could get this happening to me because if it did I had a bug but always to others so I believed it was some firewall setting on some customer side.

My recreate session is false so any help would me appreciated.

Thank You
Cliff
