not shipping in your region at this time... using Table rate
On the shopping cart for https://www.hipscubs.com, i have a table rate set up like this: 49.99:5.95, 999999.00:0.00. (meaning orders 49.99 and below are 5.95 and orders 50 and over are free) However, when i go out to make a purchase, it tells me that it is not shipping to my region at this time. The only other time i have seen that error was when usps wasn't in production mode. What could be causing that error on a table rate?
