Easy Populate fields to Admin Add Product?

I really hope I can explain this....
First, this is in regards to my "other" store which was created a few years back using osCommerce and with loads of help from a friend that does this sorta work...ok....
We had worked to set up the site that so books could be added via Easy Populate. Fields were added (this is a romance novel site, used books) to the database, but they do not show up with adding a book "manually" thru Admin.
For example, here is my site

If you look at the book under the Contempory Category (Heart's Ease, by Anne Stuart), it shows the following lines of info :
Title
Author
Grade
Description

Date Published
Publisher
Format
ISBN

I want to add books to the site NOW thru Admin and not with EP, but those last for fields do not show up to be filled in. Obviously they are already in the database, but how do I get them to show up under the Admin so that I can add that info to future products?

The friend that helped me set it up isn't availble right now and the osC boards won't load for me for some reason tonight. Hopefully this aspect of the sites work simular so that someone here might know the answer :smile:.

Also, I KNOW I could add these fields to the description area, but I am going to be teaching someone else to add this info and it needs to be in fields so that nothing is overlooked.
