Paypal - recovering orders not communicated from Paypal
In my paypal settings, I had it set to notify me before accepting payments from unverified sellers. I've since changed that setting to automatically accept.
However, there are 2 orders that I have money for
the customers are listed in my zen store
but the orders did not come back to my store.
So the orders we placed, paid for, but the customer info in my zen store shows the customer having no orders.
I have to now call the customer and ask what she ordered?
Anyone know a way to get that info to communicate bck to my store after the fact?
