Resizing browser breaks my site in half

My site has three columns, one for the logo, one for the meny and one for the content. Problem is the columns break when i'm resizing the browser. I need to lock the columns in some way. Anyone got any tips?

I tried with some "display" tags in my css, but that did not do the trick. Please help me!
