[Done v1.3.8] Quotes break images if magic_quotes_sybase is enabled

I became more confused because I didn't see anything causing the bug on my site. So I installed a stock ZenCart (version 1.3.7) on a new server.

It turns out I can reproduce this bug. If you go here:
http://hounddoggraphics.com/cart/

You can see the product has an image. And then if you go to the product:
http://hounddoggraphics.com/cart/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=1

You can see the image does not show up. If you look into the errors, this appears:

missing ) after argument list

The site has no changes, except adding that one product. I am pretty sure this is a bug.

I think that this either has something to do with the host settings that you can not alter or something that you have done and I have no idea what that might be.

I copied your image and text directly from your site and placed it in a stock demo install and this is not an issue: See Here
And why if we (the community) can not reproduce this, this is something that you unfortunately must work out. You might PM me.
