Tax doesn't show up

When I add a product, I choose the tax class(19%) and the net price is (example) 100 then the gross price is 119.

But somehow on the site the net price is shown.

“Admin; My Store; Display Prices with Tax” is set on “True”.
“Admin; My Store; Display Prices with Tax in Admin” is set on “True”.

Any ideas?

I had the same problem, a lot of other people did as well if you search the forums.
Solution: go to admin>config>my store
set Zone to a tax zone
You also need to set the tax zones in Location/tax (i'm not working with english version, so this may be a little different in other languages)
set a tax zone
set the taxes

if this does not work (like with my store: I am not able to set a zone for my shop, don't know why) you may want to try setting Basis of Product Tax (config>my store) to shipping
