Mixed sandbox and live settings question?

While testing my PayPal Express checkout, I got a red box with the following warning:

"We are sorry for the inconvenience. The PayPal account in this store is presently misconfigured to use mixed sandbox and live settings. We are unable to complete your transaction. Please notify the store owner so they can correct this problem. (10002)"

I could only see one choice of live v sandbox settings. The other settings appear to be independent of this. Can anyone tell me what I need to change or look out for to make things consistent and to make it work for live transactions?

(I am using ZenCart version 1.3.7)

Re: Mixed sandbox and live settings question?

Is it just a case of installing a patch? If so, which one is the latest?

Re: Mixed sandbox and live settings question?

Now my mind is reeling. There are so many patches. The latest is May 10. Am I right that if i install this I can ignore the others? Also do I need to uninstall anything first (I am using Zen Cart 1.3.7 and I have not installed any of the earlier patches)?

As the instructions indicate ... you only need to install the most recent PayPal Patch ...

Also be sure to read the rest of the instructions on the installation ...

Re: Mixed sandbox and live settings question?

Make sure that your settings for PayPal Express Checkout in the Zen Cart are set for the Sandbox and also make sure all your credentials from PayPal are from the Sandbox section and not your normal PayPal account. If you have not set up the Sandbox at PayPal, go to https://developer.paypal.com/ and create your account.
