Large Image troubles-and i have looked everywhere!

I have tried all the recommendations here, but nothing works....

I have uploaded:

custom_wedding_album.jpg
custom_wedding_album_MED.jpg
custom_wedding_album_LRG.jpg

I can clearly see the small and medium, but the enlarge does not work. I tried changing my settings in the jscript_main.php as per the tutorial section so it reads as:

window.open(url,'popupWindow','toolbar=no,location=no,directories=no,status=no,menubar=no,scrollbars=no,resizable=yes,copyhistory=no,width=600,height=400,screenX=150,screenY=150,top=150,left=150')

OK..so I deleted the small images...I know only have MED and LRG in my image folder and everything works fine?!?!?!!?

I am know completely confused!!!!

medium images should be in folder
/images/medium
large images should be in folder
/images/large
