Putting Direct Debit Details in Email

Hi Guys

I am using the Direct Bank Deposit as one of my payment methods and would like to include my bank account details in the email sent to the customer on completion of the order process.

Can someone please point me in the right direction to get this happening?

If possible, i only want these details included when Direct Bank Deposit is selected as the payment method.

Are you planning to encrypt the emails? or will this be a collections-only account (i.e. one that does not permit external transfers out)?

No the emails will not be encrypted.

Instead of posting the account details on the website, i want to hold them back and put them in the order confirmation email sent to the customer.

The Direct Bank Deposit payment module has a language file.
It also most likely has some descriptive text in that file that explains to the customer that they need to manually make the payment.
You can probably modify that text accordingly.

I have not looked at the module to confirm. However, the check/money-order module built-in to Zen Cart does similar to what you describe. As such, you could adapt the module using some of the concepts if that's what's needed.
