where is login info?

I was just wondering where the majority of the login info gets sent when a customer logs into the cart. Under the customer section in admin I see ordering info but what about the phone number, address, etc...

I apologize for sounding so out of touch but this is my first e-commerce site and my first time with zen cart and I'm not sure how to access this database. I know it's probably something simple but I still need it spelled out for me. Sorry if this is too dumb a question. Thanks

Zen Cart uses SQL queries to access the database (another whole language!), but various info is available for you to use if you know the ZC variable name or function. You can also use SQL (or functions that use it) in your own additions to ZC if you know how, to access the db directly.

Unless you are attemping something custom - you do not need to know how to access this infor as Zen Cart is already written to use the information in the DB

The client for this project is looking to have the phone number, address, etc for his own records. I don't know any SQL either so can he access this somewhere through the cart?

Have you looked at the information in:

admin > customers > select a customer > all the signup info is displayed

additionally in the browser one can select file > print > and get a copy of this page

thank you...I kept clicking on the edit button on right hand side and none of that information was showing up. I found all the info they typed in now. That will definitely do the trick for what I was looking for. sorry about my question being so novice. thanks again for all your help kobra
