Paypal and IPN's questions

I hope this isn't to confusing. I own 4 websites and 2 of them when setting things up require a IPN. But in paypal it only allows you to setup one. So I"m lost on what to do. Do I just setup the ipn for one and not the other? I would like to set the IPN up for the other site because my zen store is all virtual. But I just want to make sure my orders will process ok. Hope someone can help.

Zen Cart will automatically tell PayPal which destination to use for the IPN details, and thus overrides anything you supply on the PayPal end.
So, if you have a non-Zen Cart site that you use PayPal on, use that site for your IPN destination. That way your Zen Cart sites will be able to do their own override, and not impact the operation of your non-Zen Cart site.
If all your sites are Zen Cart, just pick one.
