Hi, I've donwloaded this: zones package for Romania, but I can't find any instructions on how to install it... Anyone care to help?

You can always send the author an email message from his author.txt file to gather more information on how this works. However, I can already say so far that install.php file already does a great automated part for you by simply filling your mySQL host name, mySQL database name, mySQL user name and, finally, your mySQL password in order to import these additional readings into your cart.
Note: A backup would still be recommended before applying this procedure.

This package contains only one php file: "install.php". I just need to know where should I copy and execute it.

This file seem to run independently so I'd say on your path of the store (where index.php is actually located).
