Is the Mailing Labels Add-On Still Available?

I've been searching the forums and found this:

Which is exactly what I want.
(I want to be able to export a .csv for my shipping labels -- I can't seem to do that from Super Orders)

The links that the above thread refers to are dead links.
Does anyone know where I could find that add on, if it exists?

The only mailing label add-on I know of was the one that came with Super Orders. You must print the labels through that though, and if I recall, they needed some good "prepping" to actually get to print in an "Avery" style format.
