PAYPAL express VS IPN

Hi guys, i like the way the log in / register page changes (on the left hand side is the sign up option and on the right for exisiting users) when you install the Express module.

Is there any way i can not offer express checkout but still keep the log in / register page like (on the left hand side is the sign up option and on the right for exisiting users)

Use split-login page
The login page can be displayed in two modes: Split or Vertical.
