Shipping options invalid still showing

Hi,

I have a problem with my site, it is still displaying the options for shipping even though it may not be appropriate. For example it might say option 1 is allowed but the other 3 that cannot be determined at this time still show. and i have checked the option that says hide invalid shipping.
I'm stumped!

Is there an option to hide those shipping methods which are not available to that particular customer?

For example a customer wants to ship overseas, the shipping/checkout page show local shipping as "Sorry. Local Delivery not available in your area."

Is there a way to just not have the option show up at all?

no shopping carts have every shipping policy you need. it varies in business needs. Like when you want to charge category A and not category B...no shopping carts can support this rules as it's too specific to your own business. You have to code it, which zencart supports customized shipping rates and policy.

therefore, you have to describe your business processes and policy to shipping carefully, including {rates, products, categories, amount, in what condition it should be applied}...
