My Shipping Estimator Doesn’t Work

If I use the shipping estimator no values show up. I do have the USPS and UPS categories configured. Have a look.

Any idea how I can fix this?

With some testing I have learned that the shipping estimator works for customers that have an account and are signed in.... otherwise they get no results.

Am I missing a file somewhere?

What shipping module(s) are you using?

What happens if you put the Shipping Estimator back to the original code? Does it start working again?

i am using zone table rate shipping module, I have to use this as i'm shipping heavy items to different states and they all cost different amounts to ship.

I get script error at the bottom of browser and does not open pop up window to calculate shipping. also the help icon in the cart as well give a script error.

I changed to show in checkout as text at bottom and it works but this is not the way I would like to have it....

been going nut with this... if anyone can look at the code and see if there is an error I would be very grateful.

I am not having any problem on the shopping_cart page and see the Shipping Estimator working ...

Other than having to be bright enough hit UPDATE if I change the address or just hit ENTER on the Zip Code, it seems to be working rather easily for the customer ...
