contact us fatal error
I get this error message on Contact Us page.
Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in public_html/test/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_contact_us_default.php on line 41
Does anybody know what the problem is?
