I can not edit my stock anymore

I have now my shop running some time. Yesterday I added some stock and did some customization of the chart, as I tray to edit today I get following message:

1054 Unknown column 'p.products_height' in 'field list'
in:

If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

the same happened when I tray to insert a new Product.
The shop front seems to be Ok all product show as thy should and ordering is possible. http://www.stackcups.com.au/shop/ what did I do wrong?

Did you add or update the AustPost shipping module (improved)?

If so, your database tables need updating. The easiest way to do this is to uninstall and resinstall the module (from the modules/shipping menu).

Disregard this suggestion if you haven't installed or updated this module.

thanks I started to install the AustPost shipping module (improved), somehow it did not show up, I have to look in to this, thanks
