COD Fee not applied on Free Shipping Options module

Hey!

I'm trying out the Free Shipping Options module and it's looking OK until it comes down to the COD Fee.

Even though it is setup to apply the COD Fee it doesn't when choosing Free Shipping Options - COD during checkout. :censored:
