UPS Shipping not working Please help

Hello

My site has been working fine for the past 6 months, I have made no recent changes.

As of yesterday, when I go in as a customer and try to check out, on step 1 of 3 I get this error message no matter what the address is.

"Not Available At This Time
Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.
Please contact us for alternate arrangements."

Does anyone have any idea what this means, I would greatly appriciate any help.

Im having the same exact problem, anyone know what i should check? ive tried replacing the ups.php file that i grabbed from another site that has ups shipping working but that didn't fix it.

Did you setup your 5 digit US zip code for this module?

Do you have Zones set?

I'm having trouble with this, too. All my products are downloadable and I keep getting this error but its able to be bypassed and downloaded anyway. I just don't want that message coming up. It confuses customers. Quick fix for this??

I'm using paypal for payments, all zones are set to none on there...

If your products are all downloads then you should never see the checkout_shipping ...

You are seeing this as you have your downloads set up incorrectly ...

Downloads are set up as:

Virtual Product: No, Shipping Address Required

Always Free Shipping: No, Normal Shipping Rules

The download on the attribute triggers the skip on the checkout_shipping or no charge on a mixed physical and download order ...

Hm, that's how it's set up. The message I get is "we are not accepting payments from your area at this time". Would that be different than the shipping? I'm assuming so.

Yes that would be very different as this thread was talking about shipping and you said you had the same problem but now mention that it is payments ... :smile:

What version of Zen Cart?

Clean install or an upgrade?

How did you install? How did you upgrade?

What Payment Modules are installed?

Do you have Zones set on your Modules?

I'm sorry, I got this problem fixed now. I had to install the Zen Free Charger. Thanks so much for your attention in this matter.

NOTE: you should not need the Shipping Modules at all on a Download site as the checkout_shipping page never displays when the products are setup correctly ...
