3rd Party PayPal Website Payments Pro Modules

I was just browsing around Google and I found these sites taht supposedly offer the PayPal Website Payments Pro modules:

Has anyone used either of these modules?

Would you have any time frame for even an RC for this solution? I've been trying to find anyone with any info on it and I know I must not be the only one.

Byte/Merlin/Kim - I am assuming by the response above you 3 are done with the WPP questions...I realize we all have things we're doing but months worth of comments like the one above are just old.
