how to move product to one page rather than 6

well i'm having a problem with adding product to zencart. it seems to just automaticly add pages when i get 5 things on one page. is there a way to set it so that all my product for one catigory is only listed on one page instead of 6?

oh and how do i set the add to cart feature so that they can add more than one product to the cart. right now it doesnt give them that option. when they add to cart, they can only add one item. i would like a text box next to the add to cart button so they can select the quantity

You would benefit from looking through your admin panel, and checking out every button whether you think you are interested in it or not. For instance, Configuration > Maximum Values, where you will see Maximum Categories Products Display List.

And
Configuration > Product Listing > Display Product Add to Cart Button (0=off; 1=on; 2=on with Qty Box per Product).

Become familiar with the "official" names for the different pages, and you will more easily be able to look up answers to questions you may have.
