Custom message sent after purchase

Hello!

This is what I would like to do: After the customer has completed the payment, I would like a custom message sent to my chinese colleague with customer info, product purchased etc in chinese.

I realize that I could go to

Configuration / E-mail Options / Send Copy of Order Confirmation Emails To /

and add his email in there. BUT he is Chinese, and doesn't understand english confirmation emails. Simplified Chinese is installed on my webpage, and that works fine. But I haven't been able to find how to send a chinese "copy" of the confirmation email to my chinese colleague.

I don't think such a solution is currently implemented in zen-cart, so I am looking to manipulate the files which control the sending of confirmation emails when purchase is complete. I haven't been able to locate them. If I could locate it/them, I could add some lines to send a chinese letter to my colleague with chinese information in it.

If there is anyone who could help me, I would be very grateful.
