Remove customized zen cart from one server to a new server?

Hi guys,

I installed the zen-cart on one hosting service, then I did some customization and adding new products and so on. Since I want to move it to another hosting service, I am wondering how I should do? I think I need copy all directories and files to the new server, export current database, create new a database and user on the new server and then import the exported database, am I right?

Another question is that the current and new database names and user names will be different, where could I change that?
