keywords and Description

It seems my keywords are also showing where my meta description is. I read everything on the forum about the issue and nothing seems to help. Can somebody be kind enough to please point me in the right direction?

I'm talking about the main meta keywords and description for my sites homepage.

Thanks so much, Sammy
