How to Setup a max amout of purchase

Hello everyone.

I was wondering inf some one can tell if and How can I setup a max amount of purchase? (i.e., $499.99) per transaction.

then second question is: How to control only one purchase for customer per month?

I believe it's in the maximum values area of the configure menu in admin.

You'd have to write software to implement this; neither of these ideas is built in.

Unfortunately I don't write software. However do you have any idea if Oscommerce has this feature or may a plug in for Zen cart.
