Image of Gift Certificate will not display

Image of Gift Certificate will not display

Hi I have uploaded an image of my gift certificate and put into gift certificate file. It displays in preview but does not display on site. Just comes up with wording. Any ideas why??

Can you see your gift certificate image when you insert the full url in your browser bar? (ex. https://www.yoursite.com/images/gv_10.gif)

No Cant see it. what folder should it be in. Its a jpeg file

I believe they should be in https://www.yoursite.com/shop/images/your_image.gif

(or jpeg, I imagine)

I have the same problem. I have checked and the image does display when I look up the image URL. It shows in the preview fine, but nothing in the test email I sent myself. Could it be something to do with rich text versus HTML? I have made sure I've subscribed to html newsletter on my customer settings.

Any ideas? thanks, Elaine
