Collecting Payment

Hi,

I am not sure how the call for price option works. After the customer submits the information on the contact us form, how do we collect the payment from the customer?

For example, the customer sends me his requests for a custom service. I can then email him with the price quote but how can I proceed to charge him once he accepts the quoted price?

For example, is there a way to create a link inside an email that contains the pre-calculated quote so that if the customer clicks on it, it will take him to my web site and then automatically add the quoted price to his shopping cart?
