Paypal Error "Item #Store Receipt" in ZC1.3.7 with PPEC-137-patches-June17 problem

Hola,
I have the latest Zencart patched with PPEC-137-patches-June17 and I'm experiencing a bit of a problem: it only displays "Item #Store Receipt" without any info about the store. I've turned on PDT with "tx" as the token and it still doesn't work.

It seems that Paypal doesn't pass the Store Receipt ?? Also, is there any way I can get itemized list of products in Paypal?

The PayPal IPN module does not send detailed line-items to PayPal.
If you want your PayPal receipts to contain line items of what the customer purchased, use Express Checkout instead.

What about changing /includes/languages/english/modules/payment/paypal.php

Line #54 : define('MODULE_PAYMENT_PAYPAL_PURCHASE_DESCRIPTION_TITLE', STORE_NAME . ' Purchase');

In the above line, if we could somehow change "STORE_NAME" to "ITEM_DESCRIPTION," would this solve the problem?

(this would also need to be done for item receipt - see below:)

Line #55 : define('MODULE_PAYMENT_PAYPAL_PURCHASE_DESCRIPTION_ITEMNUM', 'Store Receipt');

Instead of "store receipt," it could become "Product ID"
