UPS shipping total weight is incorrect, estimate weight button is correct

I'm trying to calculate the UPS total amount. Each product has its own weight associated with it. When I use the Estimate weight button, the weight and price for ups shipping is correct. When I go to step 1 of the check out process, the shipping total weight is over 100 lbs. which makes the shipping prices way more expensive than they should be. Please help. I'm using zen cart 1.3.7.

ok, so that was it -- Thanks! Every time I used my old account (an account created before I set up the ups shipping), it would add roughly 100 lbs to the order upon checkout. When I created a new account, it worked perfectly. Strange, but it's a new site and there are no accounts created. working, so I'm moving on. Thanks again.

So you were posting about a condition that you did not have or had not checked??

I wouldn't say that it was a condition that I didn't have or had not checked.
The problem was real and the shipping was not working like it should.

The condition was like I described. The only thing is that it was related to the account. When you told me that you created an account and had no problems, I then created an account and had no problems. I still had a problem with the old account, but deleting the account seemed to fix the problem. Make sense?
