Minimum shipping rate based on weight.

How would one set a minimum shipping rate when basing the shipping cost on weight? In India, up to a certain weight it is a fixed amount, but afterwards it increments at lower rate for every Kilo. Would it be possible to set this in ZenCart? Or at least, all weights below say 1 kilo to be charged at 1 kilo.

Also, how does one change the measurement unit from lbs to kilograms?:dontgetit

Yes you need to place your weights and prices and just start at 1kg

  **In Zen Cart v1.3.0, there are 3 places to change from 'lbs' to whatever unit of measure you wish to display:
  /admin/includes/languages/english.php
