Taxes Wrong with coupon
I have set all my taxes up according the Dr.Bytes great Canadian Tax tutorial and they work perfectly except when used with a coupon, so I must just be missing something in the coupon part:
Here is what I have. I just received an order which requires HST to be added:
Sub-Total:$167.55Flat Rate (Our Courier):$8.99Discount Coupon: 96f3e50634 :-$16.7514% HST:$14.0714% HST on shipping:$1.26Total:$175.12
$167.55 sub total - $16.75 coupon = $150.80 (we calculate the taxes after the discount is taken)
So the 14% HST should have calculated to $21.11 not $14.07 (that is something like 9.5% so I don't have the first clue where that even comes from.
It is fine on the shipping.
My coupon is set the following way:
**Sort Order
**280
Include Shipping
false
Include Tax
false
Re-calculate Tax
Standard
Tax Class
GST/HST/PST Class
I am not sure what to change and the store is live, so please help!!
Thanks, Colleen
